A man has died and a girl is seriously hurt after an incident near Fowey.
Police were called to the address at Whitecross near Polruan late on Thursday morning.
The young girl has been airlifted to Derriford with internal injuries.
The 40-year old died at the scene, despite the efforts of paramedics.
Police say the pair were known to each other.
