A Georgia man has died after a small aircraft he was piloting plummeted to the ground near a popular lakeside resort. Howard Lee Joe, 60, was killed when his single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza plane crashed in Buford, Georgia, and was set ablaze Thursday afternoon. The plane erupted into flames after nosediving into a parking lot along Lanier Islands Parkway near Pine Cone Drive around 5.15pm. A new roving food bank scheme is being set up in Ivybridge. It'll provide emergency food parcels to local people in crisis. The new scheme comes after a rise in the numbers of individuals and families accessing a similar Plymouth-based food bank service.  The Ivybridge Food Bank which plans to launch before Christmas will also help people living in  the outlying villages of Yealmpton, Bittaford, Modbury, Cornwood, Brixton, Ugborough, Sparkwell, Shaugh Prior, Lee Moor and Wotter.
