Sienna's upcoming film alongside Cillian is yet to secure a release date, but it is expected to hit cinemas early this year.
In the movie, Cillian plays Oz editor Richard Neville in the Sixties-set movie, with Sienna playing his girlfriend Louise Ferrier, who posed nude on the iconic magazine's 1968 cover.
Sienna previously starred alongside Cillian in The Edge Of Love, in which he played William Killick, the jealous husband of Keira Knightley's character Vera.
Irish actor Cillian, 32, lives in the capital with his wife Yvonne and their two children Malachy, three, and Carrick, 18 months.
